Sourcing standard

Trace what we can. Say only what we know.

Our sourcing pages separate documented facts, visible characteristics, and cultural context so each claim can be checked.

What supplier records are kept?

Supplier identity, material declarations, invoices, sample approvals, and known production locations are recorded internally before a sourcing claim is published.

How are material claims reviewed?

Natural stone and fiber descriptions are limited to what documentation and reasonable inspection support. Treatments, plating, blends, and synthetic components must be disclosed.

How is product photography handled?

Product images are owned or licensed for this store and show the approved sample range. Competitor photography is never used.

Why do natural materials vary?

Color, grain, inclusions, and pattern can differ. Each listing explains the normal range and uses detail photography to set honest expectations.

Reviewed for clarity and updated when policies, material records, or sourcing information change.
